I did not book this hotel with intentions of spending most my time there. I booked it with intentions of having a place to sleep for the duration of my trip. It very much fulfilled its purpose, beds were very comfortable and the room was clean when I got there. They have a nice pool area, beach area is also very clean and has lounge chairs. The hotel lacked cleanliness and it was understaffed, though the staff working there were mostly very good and very kind. So to those people booking in the future, try to be kind to the people at the front desk. In both north and south towers there is only one elevator working. If you are in a rush to leave, I guess it’s best to take the stairs because the elevator is going to take a while. The hotel is also very outdated but if you’re booking with the same intentions as me some of these things don’t really matter. If you want a luxurious experience, this hotel is not for you. Also be prepared if you are checking in right after check in time, your room may not be ready.

Staff was super friendly and great spot located seconds to the boardwalk/beach. Nice amenities, the sunbathing chairs ready for us on the beach and towels always available at reception. Must add the coffee shop made great cappuccinos and lattes. Fantastic week in general ☀️

Very clean and industrial . Rooms were clean but also had the feel of a prison. Food was fantastic. $6 breakfast buffet is almost unheard of in Miami. 5 stars!!

Enjoyed the beachfront. Access to Walgreens and other shopping across the street. We did not get a chance to explore the free trolley. Food was not so good to us. They have a bar that we did not explore. Would stay there again!
